All throughout my life, fitness would always come and go. I never was an athletic person and wanted to finally make a change. My goal was to make fitness a routine in my life and get strong. I have been training with Dillon for a year now and have never felt better. At 43 years, I am in the best shape of my life. I am surprised at what I now can do. I highly recommend Brains and Brawn!
