Dillon Tamer
Co-owner
Dillon has a special love and appreciation for the power of breathwork. As a scoliotic person, he had hurt himself lifting weights and did not know where to turn. Lifting weights had been his everyday routine since 16 years old. He found a brilliant movement practitioner who told him he needed to relearn how to breathe in order to alleviate his current pain. In addition, his practitioner predicted that Dillon’s spine would straighten itself out once the breathwork was completed. Despite skepticism, Dillon jumped straight in and enveloped himself within the practice of breathwork. After 3-4 visits Dillon was able to return to activity. This was after Dillon’s first appointment with an orthopedist who recommended surgery after only 5 minutes of assessing him. Dillon helps those with injuries while training fitness qualities at the same time. This unique approach has helped those in pain achieve both relief and health. Today Dillon runs 5 miles at a time and lifts weights with absolute comfort. Understanding how to effectively breathe has quite literally changed his life and he wants to do the same for others.
